After having stayed five years in the United States, where, among other activities, he obtained a Master of International Affairs at Columbia University (NYC), Frank was hired locally by an American export-management company that sent him to Neuchâtel, Switzerland to open their European bridgehead. During his stay in Neuchâtel, Frank met Pascal Gueissaz and became his business partner in the recruitment field (1997). He actively participated in the building of what is now known as the Careerplus Group by launching several specializations and opening offices Europe-wide.
He is presently a member of the board of Career World, the holding company of the Group, and is involved in numerous internal and external projects. His personal and professional extensive networks are an invaluable asset to Ganci & Partners.
